Valentino Garavani Rockstud Trapeze Tote — Colourblock Leather with Black Studs

The Rockstud Trapeze is Valentino’s architectural tote — winged gussets that flare out from a narrow base, a notched top line, and the pyramid studs that made the house’s name tracing every edge like a border. This one is the colourblock version, and it is the most interesting way the bag was ever made: pale ice blue across the front and back panels, deep forest green through the wings, bright red at the top edge and lining, and chrome-yellow handles. Four colours that have no business working together, held in order by black studs and polished silver hardware.

Smooth calfskin throughout. The push-lock plate at the centre is flanked by its own oversized studs, and the red leather interior runs edge to edge with a zip pocket and stud detailing echoed on the inside seams.

It comes with its detachable shoulder strap still sealed in Valentino’s original tissue and polythene — never fitted, never worn — so the bag can be carried by hand or dropped to the shoulder from new.

A tote for someone who has already done quiet luxury and would like a turn at the other thing.

Condition

Brand new with protective film still on the hardware. Calfskin panels are clean with no marks or scuffs to the blue, green or red leather, and the studs are complete with none missing. Some tiny scratches on the silver hardware. Red leather interior is clean. Includes the original Valentino dust bag and the detachable shoulder strap, still in its factory packaging and unused. Storage marks may present.
