1. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order with Seleculus, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Final Sale Policy All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except as required by law or as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Product Authenticity All products sold by Seleculus are represented as authentic. In the event of an authenticity dispute, the process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy applies.

4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seleculus's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
