Returns & Inspection Policy

We want you to be as confident in your acquisition as we are.

In-Person Inspection: We welcome and encourage buyers to view and inspect items in person at our Sydney location whenever possible. Please contact us to arrange a private viewing.

Bespoke Media Requests: If you are unable to visit in person, we are happy to provide additional high-resolution photos or videos of any specific detail upon request.

Buyer Responsibility: By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges they have had the opportunity to inspect the item (digitally or physically) and accepts the item in its documented condition.

Our apparel and Beauty Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) collections are curated for the discerning collector.

Condition: All clothing pieces are Brand New (either With Tags or Without Tags) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pricing is adjusted to reflect the specific provenance and condition of each piece.

Samples & Seconds: As a gallery of archived fashion, some items may be classified as “Samples” or “Seconds.”

Any significant flaws will be clearly noted in the product description.

Acceptance of Flaws: By purchasing a sample or second, the buyer automatically accepts any minor manufacturing flaws or “runway-use” characteristics inherent to these specific types of garments.

No Returns or Exchanges: Once a transaction is complete, it is considered Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or stylistic preference.

The Authenticity Exception: Our Final Sale policy is only overridden by our 100% Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.

Vintage Bags: Includes a third-party report (Entrupy, Legit Grails, etc.).

Clothing & GWP: Expertly hand-vetted in-house.

If any item is proven inauthentic by a recognized authority, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued immediately.
