Hermès — Victoria 35 Weekend Bag - Clemence leather
Some bags perform elegance; the Victoria simply gets on with it. Cast in grained Bleu Jean Clemence (TC) leather, its rounded bowling-bag body was built for movement — twin flat handles, a full gusseted zip top with dual Hermès-branded pulls, and a diamond-stitched base panel that lets it stand on its own. A leather-wrapped padlock and its numbered keys still hang from the strap, present and accounted for.
This is the bag for the door-to-departure-lounge stretch: it swallows a laptop, a change of clothes, and the paperback you'll pretend to read, without a single logo shouting about it. Sling it over one shoulder through the airport, or set it down between your feet under a café table and let the leather do the talking.
Bleu Jean earns its name honestly — worn indigo, not navy. Pair it with raw denim and white cotton for an off-duty uniform, or let it undercut something more polished: a grey wool coat, a crisp white shirt, silver jewellery in place of gold.
Condition: Excellent overall, with bright hardware and supple leather throughout. There's tiny fraying to the edge paint on the handles, confined to a small area and consistent with light use, plus a slight yellowing along the base stitching consistent with age (last image)— neither is noticeable when the bag is worn.
